Each summer, Sprink Lake hosts their Heritage Festival. This event is for families and is close to our Preserve townhomes. They have several activities throughout the events. Here are a few of those activities and when they take place:

Wooden & Classic Boat Show

Classic and wooden boats are displayed both in the water and on land. You may participate if you have your own boat, or you may attend and enjoy the boats with your family or friends. This event happens in June, and it’s close to your townhome. You can attend the show and then go home and relax in one of our 3 bedroom townhomes for rent.

Annual Artisan Market

This farmer’s market allows you to see what artisans have created in the area. Food items are available that you can cook at home in your gourmet kitchen. You may also find homemade items to decorate your townhome or fenced yard. This event also takes place in the late fall, when you can find holiday gifts and decorations for your townhome.

Family Fun Night

The Spring Lake Heritage Festival has a family fun night with games and activities for kids of all ages. Food is provided, along with music, face painting, and clowns. Bring your family where they can get to know others in the community. They can also find ways to get involved in the community.

North Shore Trail Run

Each October, there is a North Shore trail run with a ten-kilometer, five-kilometer combo run, and a children’s fun run. The 10k is a run, while the 5k can be run, hiked, or walked so anyone can participate. These trails are also available year-round. Our townhomes have private garages where you can keep your strollers and other outdoor items to take advantage of the outdoor recreation.

Spring Lake Winter Fest

Each winter, Spring Lake has a winter festival that runs from November 30th to Christmas. Several events happen during the festival, including Santa’s appearance. Santa rides on a fire truck through the city before ending at his House for the Holidays. 

Part of the Winter Fest is the Lilley Cares Sparkle, where they light up the city with lights. Different restaurants have specials that go along with the festival’s celebrations. This helps the local charity and provides entertainment for the family.
